I'm a thirty-something year old big hairy ogre of a man. But I'm just a gentle giant. Yes I almost always have a beard of some form or another. As I flesh out this web site, perhaps I'll write more about beards. Woo hoo, I know, you can hardly wait.

I am a Senior Systems Administrator at IBM, primarily responsible for the servers that run Community Source and the Linux Technology Center's internal operations. In this role, I get to run a really big GForge service and Linux on some really cool xSeries and pSeries hardware including the pSeries 570. I also get to work among some of the best and brightest people in the Open Source community.
